Do guitars receive setup service before shipping?
Yes! Every single stringed instrument undergoes a professional 15-point inspection and setup setup by our in-house luthiers. We set neck relief, action height, and intonation for standard E-tuning before shipping.
What does the Resonix Warranty cover?
We offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on structural wood components, truss-rod adjustments, tuning pegs, and pick-up electronics. Accidental damage or finish cracks due to climate negligence are excluded.
